Thomas was living in Menamny, Parish Of Killaghtee when he married his first wife Jane Gorrell on 18th Dec 1848. Jane was living at Bogside. His marriage certificate shows his fathers name was James Shannon. Both were farmers. Jane's father was George Gorrell ( farmer )

Thomas was a widower when he married his second wife Jane Lochard on 17th May 1860 in the Parish Church Parish Of Killaghtee. He was living in Catterfin ? & working as a labourer. Jane's father was William Lochard ( farmer )

His wife Jane Lochard's death certificate in 7th Feb 1902 shows she was a widower when she passed away which means Thomas died before 1902.

Thomas & Jane Lochard had 4 children William 1863, Thomas 1864, Mary Jane 1866 & Margaret 1869

Thomas was my great great grandfather & his son William my grandfather. William moved to Glasgow after the death of his mother Jane.

I am looking for any information about my Great Great grandfather Thomas Shannon & His father James Shannon as I have come to a standstill
