John J. Flynn is the son of John Flynn (1807-1873) and Bridget Healy (1829-??) and was born in Shraheen, Mayo on 4 Jun 1854.  John Flynn immigrated to the Cleveland, Ohio, USA around 1880.  He married Catherine Reddington (1855-1928) who was born in Lisanska, Mayo, who also immigrated to Cleveland, Ohio in 1880.  They were married in Aug 1883 in Cleveland.  He passed away in Cleveland on 20 Jul 1918.
