Johannah was born in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, USA. She is listed in the United States census records: Living with her parent's in 1860, then with her cousin in 1870. She married John Collins in 1880. They had 6 children, 2 dying young. She & her husband moved to Chicago at some point. She died there in 1902.
