From Belfast to Canada and back again.
Simone Pamplin and her brother Richard, who are from Canada, visited Belfast to see the homeplace of their ancestors Samuel Davidson and Maggie McGowan.
IrelandXO volunteer Elwyn Soutter met Simone and Richard and showed them the area where their Davidson & McGowan ancestors lived including one of their homes.
He also gave them a general tour of Belfast, including the Titanic Quarter and Milltown cemetery. The day ended with us all visiting a pub.
