Reddy family
We are planning a visit to Ireland in May/June/July. Have been in touch with family in "Carnane" Doolin. I am hoping to further assistance in confirming this family connection.
Bryan Reddy possible 3xgreat grandfather born abt. 1750 Mullingar, Westmeath Ireland, married Mary Crinnigan/Lenigan. Bryan residence in 1855 Castletownkindalen, Westmeath Ireland Lessor James Reddy, Barony Moycashel, Parish Castletownkindalen, Townland Clonsingle.
Mary Crinnigan/Lenigan born abt 1750 Mullingar, Westmeath Ireland to Edward Crinnigan/Lenigan and Marcella Magher. (No evidence of this or information on this family).

Patrick Reddy 1798 2xgreat grandfather born Mullingar Westmeath Ireland married Margaret Fagan born abt. 1803, married 1826 • St Andrew's, Dublin city, Ireland, Ireland, Parish Variants: St. Andrew's, Westland Row, Westland Row. Witnesses: James Murphy and Mary Grennan. Patrick died 1834 Dublin, Ireland aged 36 years (need further clarification).

Margaret Reddy born abt. 1825 Ireland ( according to census of 1941 Lancashire England, married John Dowling 1874 Liverpool, Lancashire, England, died 23 Nov 1896 Rochdale, Lancashire, England. (DNA match in this line)
Catherine Reddy great grandmother bap 2 Jun 1828 • Westland Row, Dublin, Ireland, Sponsors: Jacobo (James) McDonnell and Anna Fagan, died 1915 Victoria Australia. Catherine arrived in Melbourne in May 1853 on ship “Eagle”, accompanied by Richard Reddy, Stanley Sutton and Henry Reddy. She married George Jones in 1858 in Ballarat Victoria Australia. (I have covered this stage of her life).

Thomas Reddy bap. 25 Jul 1834 • Westland Row, Dublin, Ireland, Witnesses: Mich Naylor and Margaret Farrell, died 1 May 1877 • 4 Little Elbow Lane, Dublin South, Ireland, Occupation Dealer. Present at death Julia Reddy. Cause of death Disease of Stomach (apparently Malignant).
After the death of Patrick Reddy, Margaret Reddy alias Fagan married Patrick St. Leger 5 May 1837 • St. Andrews Roman Catholic Parish, Dublin City, Ireland, Witnesses: James Murphy and Mary Grennan. Margaret St Leger died 26 January 1872 Irishtown Dublin Ireland, buried Glasnevin Cemetery. (Need further clarification).
