Latteragh Castle

TipperaryLatteragh (Tipperary)

I am looking for any back history on Latteragh Castle in Latteragh, Co. Tipperary. It is said that it is on the property of the Vickers/VIcars family. I descend from that family and would love to know the history of the castle. For example, how old is it. I am told it is in ruins. Thank you.
