Samuel Brindley, Mount Island, Kilmore, Tipperary
Hi,
Samuel Brindley was the son of John Brindley esq et brother of my gggrandfather John Brindley. Here what Ancestry website said about him:
Born in Mountisland, Kilmore, Tipperary, barony of Upper Ormond, Munster (Nenagh) Ireland (The Brindleys were engaged in the grain milling industry on abt 1820 to john BRINDLEY and MRS JOHN BRINDLEY Caswell. Samuel BRINDLEY married Susan Studdert and had 3 children. He passed away in along with John owns most of Upper Ormond.

But there is a problem with that:
Samuel married Mary Bradshaw daughter of Samuel Bradshaw an attorney in October 21, 1858 in Cashel. She died october 1862. It was a mention that she was from Happy Grove the house John and Samuel had.
The marriage with Susan Studdert took place in 1858 in the county of Clare.

Question: Obviously something is wrong. I believe the marriage with Mary Bradshaw make sense. But I am not sure about the one with Susan. Is Ancestry wrong about this couple. When Samuel died in 1881 it was mentionned that he was married but no mention of his wife name.
I think that it might be an uncle involved and he is the one who married Susan.
Thank you in advance for any help on Samuel
Regards Irene
