Hi Pat
There is a record of the baptism of Patrick Tuohy with parents John & Ellen in Tipperary 1851 on www.rootsireland.ie/
http://ifhf.rootsireland.ie/quis.php?page=1&confirmPageView=Y
The parish is Templemore
There is a charge for the full record but it probably won't have much more info - witnesses names and the day & month perhaps.
No luck with Bridget Collins however.
There are 10 marriage records of John Tuohy to an Ellen inclu8ding 3 in Tipperary: 1843, 1880 & 1899

The record will have the parish and MAY have his parents' names to help you go back another generation.
