My great great grandparents Matthew GREER and Ruth ALLINGHAM lived in Rathquarter and later Ballinode in Calry. (Ruth was from Glencar in Leitrim and they were married there is 1854). Their daughter Elizabeth GREER migrated in New York City in 1878. For more information you can visit my website http://www.jackreidy.com/genealogy/family/greer.htm
If anyone has an interest in this family, I would like to correspond.
