Thomas Brennan/McDermott history - Kilronan parish Roscommon
Kilronan (Roscommon)
I have extensive history of this family that immigrated to the US in 1847, first settling in Lowell Massachusetts. Thomas married Winifred McDermott as records show in Boyle in 1837. Both sides of their families immigrated about the same time. Family names include Keyes, McNiff, Hunt, O'Gara. The family had plot in the downland of Upper or Lower Rover. If anyone is interested in this history I would be happy to share, it is the result of 40 yrs of research.
