Do you have Marion's birth cert? It is the strangest thing but I can find nothing about any member of this family, birth, marriage or death certs. As Patricia above said , unless there is more information available.

Like Eileen, I was not able to find any records for this family.

So sorry, This is the only information  my Auntie Joan was told by her mum Marion.  Marion and her siblings where born in Elphin, Marion moved to England with an aunt  as far as we know when she was 11 years old. Her Brothers and sister remained living at 9 Windmill road. Marion never married but had a child My auntie Joan when she was 29. My auntie Joan never knew her father and doesn't have a name or any information about him.  Marion's name was Marion Davies dob; 8th August 1921 she died in Christies hospital in 1980 we have been told we need to get a copy of her birth certificate from Ireland has that is where she was born?

We are coming to Roscommon in October would we be able to get her birth certificate from maybe the town hall in Roscommon?.

Sorry I put Marion Davies above it was Marion Eaton born Elphin 8th August 1921.

I am simply unable to locate birth records for Marion/John/Michael or Delia born in Elphin Co. Roscommon in the time frame. There are no death records for Edward or Elizabeth either. It is almost as though this family did not exist. Do you have Elizabeth's maiden name ? Could the children have been born in the UK/NI. What did Edward Eaton work as? It is sad that there is no link to this family , all I can think of is to apply to the General Records Office for a birth certificate in Marion's name and see if they can assist https://assets.gov.ie/static/documents/application-for-certificate-of-birthdeathmarriageadoptioncivil-partnership-by-email.pdf

Hello Elizabeth Eatons maiden name was Clark she married Edward Eaton don't know what year. There daughter Marion Eaton was born 8th August 1921. Thank you 

I cannot locate the marriage or the birth in Irish civil records. Sometimes family stories are incorrect...information gets passed down and distorted. I would look for this family somewhere else. Or double-check that all the names are accurate.

Could this be the Eliza and Edward you are seeking? Note they are called Clark, not Eaton. Entry is from 1911 census of Ireland.
