McDonnell, Nolan
RoscommonCloonfinlough (Roscommon)
My ggggrandparents were Michael McDonnell and Honorah Jane Nolan and they were probably born in the late 1700s. According to information on an admission card for their daughter Catherine McDonnell McCormack to the almshouse at Blackwell's Island in New York City, Honorah was a domestic. Do I assume that she was employed at the Mahon estate in the early 1800s or are there other possibilities? Many ofthe McDonnell relatives were from Cloonslanor. Thankyou.
