Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
Looks like Catherine had an older sister Bidy (Bridget) and a younger sister Anne. See below. The 1853 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Monasteroris civil parish (includes Edenderry) only shows a Michael Hely in the town of Edenderry. There are four Cummins records. http://www.failteromhat.com/griffiths/offaly/monasteroris.htm
I did not find a marriage record for Catherine in Ireland. Did she marry in Ireland?
