Downey family in Fortel

Hello,

Researching Downeyin house #12, Fortell townland, Birr parish, Kings Co. in 1821 census:

James age 30

Elizabeth age 25

Children (no ages) Anne, Judith, Thomas, William

In Griffith's 1854, Eliza Downey is in Fortel, renting plot 25b from William Mitchell (owner is Nicholas Biddulph).

William came to the US about 1852, married in New York to Catherine Cordial from Roscomroe parish. Have not found info on the other family members.

Planning trip to Offaly in August and would appreciate any additional information.

Thank you.

Sharon
