I am seeking information regarding Anne Campion. Her marriage record shows that her father's name was "Kernan" or "Kieran" and her spouse was Michael Gibson. They lived in the Clonygowan area of Co. Offaly. I have found an Anastasia Campion with a father Kyran. I have felt that this might be the right family but would like to see if more information can be found to confirm I am on the right track.

I think this is the record you are referring to. Was Ann in Ireland in 1901? Census would show which County she was born in.

I have been looking for confirmation that I have found my Anne for the last 45 years and without some good clues I have struggled. My father told me her people were originally from Kilkenny. There are a lot of Campions in Kilkenny. That's why I thought I might have the right family (Kyran Campion and Anastasia Scurry, with daughter Anastasia and she perhaps went by Anne)?
I wonder are there some places (websites) you might suggest I check?

Michael and Anne Gibson had at least three children. Their births/baptisms are recorded on rootsireland.ie. The first two were at Cloneygowan, the third at Killeigh.

Hi, I believe the mother's surname is Scully, not Scurry.
Thank you Patricia for that info. Yes, I have found Michael and Anne's children previously. Anne is my grandmother and I'm hoping to find more information on her ancestors. I would like to confirm that her parents are Kyran and Anastasia. I am pretty sure, but would like to find something to confirm that - Anne's birth record has eluded me.
