I am looking for information on my paternal grandmother Violet Marion O’Hsre, her death was between 1942/44 ( conflicting reports). She resided in Scotstown and ran a drapery business, she became ill and moved to Clones to her father Thomas McGlinchey.

Consider the possibility that Violet remarried. That might be why she hasn't been found in death records...her name changed.
Another possibility...she emigrated to another country.

According to Newspaper article she was Mrs O’Hare in 1941 ? She had been passed a fraudulent cheque and there was a Court Case ? It also stated she got up from her sick bed. Before 1944 Thomas McGlinchey was representing her try to recoup the money
