His father was a William Ford born 1873 died 1965.

His father was a George Ford born 1847 Died 1923

His father George Ford who marriedBridget. Born around 1824 He died 1874

His brother was a Patrick Ford who married Nancy Timmony. Patrick Born around 1805 died 24 May 1900 in Killeencroff.

Patrick Ford is my Great Great Grandfather

My Great Grandfather brother of Patrick was Thomas Ford born 1855 in Ireland and Died 1908 in New Zealand.

I will be travelling to Ireland in August and would like to met any relatives I may have and fill in gaps in my family tree.

Looking forward to hearing from someone.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!

I located this 2008 obituary of a Tessie Ford from Ardoley who had a husband George. Is this your Ford family?

Have a great trip!

Thanks for this Roger

Not sure is this is a relative but the obituary has a few names in it which could be good leads.

Though I might try and see if I can get the address through the phone book if it is online.

Thanks for your help

Christine:

We don't provide phone numbers for privacy reasons. The online phone book is a limited list basically those land lines which are not unlisted numbers. Cell numbers would not be on the site. Maybe you should send letters to the two sons listed in the obit even if it is nine years later.

You can also ask the Westport Library branch to see if they can assist but they may be restricted by privacy rules also.

Have already sent an email to one of the sons and waiting for a reply
