Searching for info Conway, Ephraim Raiford

Looking for my grandfathers family info. Born in Mayo County 1796. Immigrated to the U.S. Died in 1864 in Florida.... Married to Mary Ann Neely born in 1808. I don't have any other info on her. Not sure if she from Ireland as well or he married her here. Any help is much appreciated.

Can you clarify your grandfather's name? Also, do you know if he was Catholic. There are no Catholic church records in Co. Mayo back to the late 1700s. There are six Church of Ireland parishes which have records back to the late 1700s.
