I am looking for the birth record of Anthony Barrett and the death record of Mary Gallagher. She was married to Anthony Barrett and they lived Mayo, they had a son called John in 1884.

Anthony was born before civil registration started in 1864. There are baptismal records for Anthony Barrett in Mayo pre-1864 but we need to know his parents names to confirm a record.

I could not find a civil marriage record for them which is odd given the years of their children's births. Anthony's occupation is farmer in all the births, so I am not sure if that 1931 death record that Eileen posted in your other post is correct as that Anthony is a blacksmith. I looked for Mary Gallagher's birth in the possible range, and found one possibility - Mary Gallagher, 17 Dec 1844, Ballyskerry/Cooneal, parents - Michael Gallagher & Ann Gallagher.
