~~Rodger Dowd was born 1800. Married a Mary (Feely) Feele, had a son James Dowd born 1830 in Leitrim? Jame Dowd immigrated to Boston MA app. 20 Apr. 1853.

I believe Rodger Dowd may gone with James Dowd to MA.

Mary Dowd staye In Ireland, according to the Griffiths Valuation, she was in Leirtim County,in 1857.

I check with Leitrim County they have no records of the Dowd or Feele.

Dear Michael

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

I see Col has replied to your earlier post. Have you had a look at the baptism records he suggested?

Let us know if you learn anything more

Best wishes
