Im compiling our O'Malley family tree and do not have the names of my Great Grandfather's 4 sisters.. ( He was John Malley who married Ellen Toole from Inishturk , They lived in Clare Island and Turk.
One married an O'Malley in Lower Doughmakone, (name Unknown)
One Married Mary Duffys father of the town,(name unknown)
One may have married Foy, Doughmakone (name unknown)
and another sister unknown information
There were also Two other sons:
1. Micheal Malley married unknown name- his 8 Children Pat, Thomas, Thady (lived in Corragaun, Thallabawn) Married Frazer who died young (no family)..Thady remarried Needham from Achil , The rest of the children all emigrated to America.. They were Austin, Peter, Alice(married to Dave Malley From killeen), Roseanne, Bernard (known as Berney)
2. Pat MAlley ( Inishturk to Newport Brockagh, Co. Mayo)
3. My Great Grand father John Malley B approx 1844 and Ellen Toole Born 1855 died 1937 age 82 had 4 children:
A.Mary MAlley Born 1876( married Gibbons From Inishlyre),
B.John Malleyjnr who drowned off Inishturk age approx 30 ( There was a song written about the tradgedy, if anyone knows it pleas forward),
C. Micheal died 1910 age 21 appedicitus,
D. The fourth son was my grandfather Thomas John O'Malley Born 1893 (known as the Tommy Johns) who married Maria O'Toole Born 1897 Inishturk and they Moved back to Corragaun, Thallabawn.
Also is there any way of finding John Malley And Ellen Tooles Parents?
Please can you fill any gaps for me as Im trying to have this all ready for cousins at The O'Malley rally June 2022.
