Philip Welch

MayoCastlebar (Mayo)

Looking for any information I can find on Philip Welch. He was kidnapped in the early 1600's and brought to America as an indentured servant.

Hi Jennifer, unfortunately there are no records in Ireland going back this far in time, were you able to find out about his life in the United States?

Wikipedia has some good sources and references (on the bottom of the page)  on the subject you might find something interesting there https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indentured_servant
