Browne/Ruth in Balla

MayoBalla (Mayo)

Hello, I did a bit of research on this story and posted it on Twitter: https://twitter.com/bbarclay9/status/1655654768381927454?s=20

Wondering if anyone in Balla might know of/heard about these Browne women, or alternatively, of Willy or Pat Ruth?

many thanks

Barbara

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QL3W-TWKN William Ruth is listed as the husband of Heddy Browne

Thanks for your reply. That Family Search record is a transcription error of Mary Ruth's civil birth registration, where the father is William Ruth and the mother is Biddy (not Heddy) Browne. They were not married.
