I have Tithe records for Callan's in Paughanstown, and I have Griffiths showing three Callan's. I want to know if there is a way to match up the property from one record to the other.
I'm trying to figure out which Callan would be the father (or brother) of my Patrick Callan.

If you go to www.askaboutireland.ie and search for the three Callans and found out how much acreage they had in 1854 and then go back to the microfilm of the Tithes to see if the holdings match up. The acreage is also listed in the Tithes./

I tried that but the acreage is different values. And there are more Callan's in the Tithe than in Griffith's. One day I'll just fall over it!
