Hi Karen,
Thank you very much for your message. I hope that someone with information makes a connection with you and helps you to further your research.
In the meantime have you tried looking at church records in Rathkeale to see if you can find any more information about the family? Most Catholic records are held locally so you may need to write to the local parish priest for possible assistance. One website that you may find useful is the Irish Times where they give an overview of what records are available in specific parishes. It also shows you where copies of the records are available. For Rathkeale parish, follow this link:
http://www.irishtimes.com/ancestor/fuses/rcparishmaps/index.cfm?fuseaction=showidrecords&CityCounty=West%20Limerick&parish=Rathkeale&churchid=892
As you can see from the above link Limerick Genealogy have copies available. Here is their email if you would like to contact them however please note that a fee may apply: research@limerickgenealogy.com
You could also try searching at www.familysearch.org
Fallahee was not a very common name in Ireland during the 19th century as you can see from this link:
http://www.irishtimes.com/ancestor/surname/index.cfm?fuseaction=Go.&Surname=Fallahee&UserID=
Using the land record called Griffith?s Valuation (1848-64) you can see the Fallahee?s that were recorded in Limerick:
http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/index.xml?action=doNameSearch&Submit.x=67&Submit.y=13&Submit=Submit&familyname=FALLAHEE&firstname=First+Name&baronyname=&countyname=LIMERICK&unionname=&parishname=
As you can see this Fallahee was recorded in Adare which is a few parishes over from Rathkeale.
However, there were also Fallahy?s recorded in Limerick, one of which was in Rathkeale:
http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/index.xml?action=doNameSearch&Submit.x=57&Submit.y=2&Submit=Submit&familyname=Fallahy&firstname=First+Name&baronyname=&countyname=LIMERICK&unionname=&parishname=
I wonder if any of these are connected to your Fallahee?
In the earlier land record called the Tithe Applotment Books (1823-38) there was a Cornelius Fallahee recorded in Kilscannell parish which neighbours Rathkeale:

Here is a link to a map of Limerick?s parishes to give you a better idea of where these parishes are inrelation to each other:
