James Mahony and Bridget Keane married 27 Jan 1839 at Bruff, Co. Limerick, Ireland.

All their children were baptised in the RC Church at Hospital & Herbertstown.

Their children were Patrick, Catherine, Terrence, John, Sally, John, James, timothy, Brian, Mary.

Timothy Mahony/ey emigrated to Melbourne, victoria, Australia.

In 1878 when he marries Anastasia Galla(g)her he is listed as a farmer in Melbourne and his father James from ireland is listed as a farmer.
