Thomas & Mary Ryan

LimerickCappamore (Limerick)

Hi,

I am trying to find a marriage record for my Great Grandparents Thomas Ryan who married Mary Ryan in Cappermore Jun 1860. Previous research many years ago suggested the marriage may have taken place in Morroe sometime in April. Thomas joined the army & when discharged some 20 years later settled in Singapore.

I would dearly love to learn which marriage record may be correct & would be mist grateful for any help.

Hi Gill,   I have just gone through the marriages for Cappamore  for 1860  I did not see the marriage for this couple.

Writing was faint but readable.

Its on line for free at www.registersnli.ie.

Will  look through Morroe tomorrow..

Christina.

I checked Roots Ireland in Limerick and the only Thomas Ryan/Mary Ryan marriage was in 1863 in Pallasgrean. See transcription below.
