Ballingarry RC parish has a gap in baptismal records from 1828-1849. If Thomas was born in the gap period and baptized in that parish, a record will not be available.

If you are very lucky the records may be held in Cloncagh Parish which covered Ballingarry before a Catholic Church was built in Ballingarry, it is worth a try.
