Am looking for any information about my 2 times great grandmother, Mary Whelan (1820-1867). Parents are Patrick Whelan (1790-1850) and Kate Murphy (?). Mary married Michael Hudson in 1840, Thomastown. Imigrated to Australia 1855. Many thanks.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I checked Roots Ireland and the only baptismal record they had with a Murphy mother is the record below in Graignamanagh RC parish which is just to the east of Thomastown. The mother is shown as Ann. I would search the Thomastown and Graignamanagh registers (see link below) for possible additional records.
