Trying to find ancestors

I hope to come to Ireland in late August with my two aunts, aged 86 and 94. They are hoping to track down ancestors. Their father was Patrick McEvoy and I do not have details of when his family came to Canada. They think they came from County Kilkenny. I could get info off their tombstones but the snow is very high and I can't get to it until the spring. Thanks. Elizabeth Morey (my mother was a McEvoy).
