Looking for information on Patrick and Ellen Mcinerny who lived in the above town. Children born in Garonboy were Michael 1832, Judith 1834,  Thomas 1835, Mary 1837,  Patrick 1839, Ellen 1841(my GGM), James 1843 and William 1845.

According to family knowledge Patrick and Ellen died in the potato famine.  The elder five children immigrated to Australia in the early 1850's.  The  two youngest we think remained in Ireland.

I have got plenty of info on their times in Australia.  Looking for details of their life in Ireland

thanks Michelle.

Civil Parish
Poor Law Union

Carrickanass

Tirawley
Lackan
Killala
