My gggrandfather Michael O'Rourke emigrated to Newfoundland Canada c.1821 from Thomastown Co. Kilkenny. His father was Laurence O’Rourke who I believe was from the Parish of Graiguenamanagh. I am trying to find information about him and any others in his family. Was he always from the area, occupation, where buried et?. He was married to Anstice Cullen of Carrickmurn, Thomastown on 26/1/1789.
