Hi all,

I've been trying to find a marriage record for my ancestors with no luck.

They lived in Dublin with their kids.

Sarah Dunne b. 2 March 1884 in Naas. William Christie according to his death record was born in 1876. He was from Scotland, apparently.

On their children's birth records she has written 'Formerly Dunne', under mother's name, leading to the assumption that she was married.

I'm thinking if he was Scottish, and possibly Presbyterian, they may have needed permission.to marry.

Also, i saw somebody on Ancestry had Sarah listed on their tree as married to a Michael Conlan. INo ecord of that marriage.

Any help greatly appreciated as I'd love to solve this puzzle.
