Hi there - looking for the family of Thomas Moran born 1880 Naas, Kildare. He was my grandfather who died when my father was very young so we have no information on him or his family. Many thanks. Your Thomas Moran 1880- 1830 was in the military. He married Jane Currie Bryan in 1824 in Dunbarton, Scotland and died there in 1831. There is a tree on Ancestry Norma Moran with additional info.

I did not find a baptism record for James Moran, parents Luke Moran and Rose Drooks, but I found possible siblings born in Naas Kildare- John 1858, Sarah 1864, William 1866 (RootsIreland)
Perhaps Luke and Rose marriage record. Rose's last name might be misspelled.

Ancestry trees show that Thomas' father James died in 1880. On RootsIreland I found two more children born to a James Moran and Mary (Margaret) Tully born in Naas- Ellen Christina 1883 and Roseanna 1882. They may not connect to your Thomas.
The trees show that Mary Tully Moran died in 1916. I researched and found that Mary Moran husband was William and her daughter Kate Cosgrove witnessed.
