Thank you, very much!
Yes, I believe that this is Mary Griffin my great grandmother. I found her baptismal certificate (online and only today) but I did not have the marriage certificate. Interestingly, Mary is not listed as a child of this couple on the MyHeritage site. Two other children are listed.
I am not sure how she came to be in Queensland, Australia working as a "servant" at the time of her marriage in 1878. I would also like to know what boat she emigrated on from Ireland and whether she was with her family or alone. She was in Maryborough Queensland in 1878 for her marriage to my great grandfather, Michael William O'Hara
Many thanks!
Hannah, Below is an extract from an article written about the arrival of the Newcastle and employment for passengers.
THE immigrants by the ship Newcastle, who were brought up to the Brisbane Depot on Wednesday, consist of 89 single girls, 101 single men, and 36 married couples. They are a fine lot, and are going off briskly. About 50 single girls have already left the depot under engagement, or to go to their friends; a large number of single men have also cleared out, and the married people, excepting a few with large families, are finding ready employment. The wages obtained are by single girls, 8s. to 14s. per week; single men, £30 to £35 per annum, with rations; and married couples, £40 to £50 per annum, with rations. The Newcastle immigrants altogether numbered 388 (equal to 353 statute adults), 175 being English, 8 Scotch, 205 Irish, and 9 other nationalities.

Thank you, Mazza. The extract is very interesting reading. I cannot see a Mary Griffin on the ship list? Another reply on this site said her name was crossed out but I cannot see that either. There is a Bridget Griffin. Have I missed something?
