James Dunne & Family. My grandfather, James Dunne was born June 1, 1888. Parents lived in Ballinorig. Father, James Dunne, farmer. Mother; Norah Dunne, formerly, Rooney.

I have an enormous amount of information collected. I would like to see the home land if possible. 1911 Census Form B1 House and Building Return.

County Kerry, West Kerry, Tralee, Rathass, Ballinorig West. House 3.

Neighbors; Patrick Foley, Timothy Scannell, Jeremiah Tagney.

My grandfather, James Dunne, emigrated from Ireland June 15, 1913 to the US on the Carmania out of Cobh. He arrived in the US on June 22, 1913.

My great grandparents were married in the Roman Catholic Chapel of Clogher on February 21, 1878. We visited the chapel 20 years ago, but I would like to return.

Any volunteers who would like to give us a personal tour of Tralee? I do plan to check out the library for additional information. I am pretty sure I have exhausted online sites. I also have the book, "Finding your Ancestors in KERRY bu Kay Caball. Great resource!

Looking for other Dunne relatives and decendants of Patrick Foley, Timothy Scannell, Jeremiah Tagney. i think one of my great Aunts married one of the neighborhood boys!

We will be in Tralee from September 4-6, 2025
