Perhaps Humphrey was married twice and had three children with his first wife. Then he married Mary Coghlan.

I'm also looking into a Humphrey Leary born around 1804 in Killarney. He married Ellena Rourke and had children Julia and Mary. The children moved to America, but I'm uncertain if Humphrey and Ellen moved. At one point I believe Humphrey lived in Knockanoulort. Anyone know more about this Humphrey?

There has been a farming family in Cahir, Aghadoe, Co. Kerry since at least from the turn of the 20th century. The family and farm are still in existence but only one Leary is now living on the farm. They all had forenames similar to the one you have provided i.e Humphrey, John
