Marchant

KerryDunquin, Co Kerry, Ireland.. (Kerry)

I am searching for records on William Marchant - Court record in Quebec records him as coming from Dunquin. This fact is recorded in a Court record in Quebec in the mid 1750's. It is believed he was born abt 1710. I have searched on online but have not been successful. He is believe to be the father or Uncle of Nicholas Marchant born 1751.

My apologies for the very late response. Have you managed to learn anymore about these ancestors? Kerry Library might be able to assist: http://www.kerrylibrary.ie/online-sources.html There is only one entry as yet on the Early Marriage Index for a James Marchant but no county is recorded:
