The subscription site Roots Ireland has Mary McElligott baptismal records in Duagh RC parish in 1836 1837 and 1846. There are many other Mary McElligott baptismal records in other parishes. Do you know her parents names? Names of siblings?

Not sure of parents names, but she married Patrick Kelleher on August 9, 1858 in Daugh.

You mentioned born around 1843 but if she married in 1858 then she would have been born in the 1830s. Roots Ireland has three records in Duagh RC parish. One of them could be your Mary.
