Does anyone know who the local historian is for the area, and particulary regards 1824 to 1825.

Is there a genealogist historian student or volunteer who specializes in Cloghane parish area circa 1824 to 1825(locally based or otherwise)? Is there anyone else who would be familiar with resident dwellings sources for parishoners,newspapers, community writings, journalists, socialites, or village chatter from that time period?
