Looking for Thomas Grimes

GalwayPeterswell (Galway)

I have been looking for my great grandfather Thomas Gormaly but have found that he came to New Zealand as Thomas Grimes I wonder if there is a baptismal record for Thomas Grimes perhaps born about 1854 or how would I go about looking for this?

Hi Steph

There is a baptism record of Thomas Gormelly 1857 Galway on www.rootsirelnad.ie/

They have 40% off at the moment.

Thanks Col very kind of you though we think he must have been born around 1852. Thanks for directing me to the website though it is probably the source of my next bit of information.
