Stephanie,

According to trees on Ancestry, I think including your own, Joseph's parents were Martin and Winifred Cullinan. Per RootsIreland (paid subscription) Joseph was baptized in 1843 at St. Nicholas Combined N&E Parish, Galway.

St. Nicholas North and East, Galway city, Galway - Catholic Parish Registers at the NLI

Siblings- Bridget (Bedelia?) 1834, Mary 1835, William 1838, Patrick 1840

Peter Hughes was born in 1855 to Thomas Hughes and Bridget Cullinan in Cummer Galway.
