finding birth records

Galway

Trying tofind birth records for william Curley born to Peter Curley about 1842. A Peter Curley is listed in the Griffith's Valuation in these parishes i 1856- Abascragh, Killallaghton, Killoran, Killeroran, Killannin, and Kilbegnet. William was born in Ireland and he married my grandmother, Mary Collins, in St. Henen's Englandin 1865before moving to the USA. I belive I need to convert these parishes to the Roman Catholic parishes so I can write to the Roman catholic churches about Peter and William.
