Hi Veronica,
Thank you for your message.
Ballybrone is a townland in the civil parish of Athenry:
I have forwarded this message to our volunteer in Athenry who may be able to help you with regards to the most plausible church in that area.
Best wishes,

Hi Veronica,
The name of the church in Athenry is St. Mary's Parish Church, Church Street,
Athenry. If you are not able to recieve a baptism there you could try Newcastle Church out
in Tiaquin (the graveyard just for some extra info is called Templemoyle). You can get
baptism records in Galway Family History West Ltd, http://www.discoverireland.ie/Arts-Culture-Heritage/galway-family-history-society-west-ltd/587.
This site called www.logainm.ie may help when looking for parishes in Ireland http://www.logainm.ie/Viewer.aspx?text=ballybrone&streets=yes. You may need to
change from Irish to English when you first enter the site.
Thanks Emma.
Thanks Ronan.
