I am trying to find the baptisms of Minihan in Grange (hypothesis) in the 1830s. I am looking for a John Minihan. He was married in Croom in 1854 and came to America around 1865. He was a stonecutter. His wife Mary Obrien traveled back to ireland in 1867 and 1868.
Michael:
The RC parish corresponding to Grange civil parish is Knockaderry. Records for that parish start in 1838 which may be too late for your ancestor. I found the Roots Ireland transcription of the marriage record in case you do not have the information.

I am looking at the tithe and Griffith records in Grange near Bruff in Tulleybrackey. The limerick archive shows records back to 1770. I don't think these have been digitized.
