Hello, my g-g-grandfather was Bernard Hurley (creggs village) who was married to Maria Higgins, they had Frank, Mary, bernard, Bridgit, thomas, and James. Mary Hurley married John J Finnegan, (son of Patrick Finnegan and Margaret Keherny) from Ballinastack. Prior to marriage they immigrated to the US. (1904) was wondering if any family remains in the area? Thank you!

I'm the volunteer parish admin for Glenamaddy in County Galway. I have a lot of contacts around Glenamaddy that might be of help in tracing your ancestors. One facebook group I started - https://www.facebook.com/groups/71896753431/ , a lot of group members post in the group looking for info on there ancestors, this is a good start.
