Katherine:
The RC parish of Clontuskert has baptismal and marriage records starting in October 1827, too late for a record for Patrick and likely any siblings. From what I can see, the surname Duffy was not very common in the parish. There were no Duffy records in the 1855 Griffiths Valuation for Clontuskert civil parish. Also, no Duffy records for Clontuskert parish in the 1901 census.
The 1823 Tithe listings for the parish did show a John Duffy & Co. leasing 136 acres of land in Gortnahorna townland. Check line 28 at the link.

What was the name of Patrick's oldest son?
Have you take a general DNA test?
