Death Record for Catherine McCaffry

Fermanagh

I found a death record for Catherine McCaffry, March 1865, Registration District was Irvinestown and the Sub district was Clonelly. In the written entry,  the location noted was Gortihane but I cannot find this name anywhere in Townlands, etc. Do you know the location it could be referring to? Thanks, Mike

I suspect it may have been a sub-townland. Can’t identify it from any of the usual on-line sources. You could try contacting Fermanagh Genealogy as some of their experts may be able to help.
