Hello Keith,
We will need information for who exactly you are seeking. Can you give us a first name and approximate date of birth. I don't know what time frame that you want us to search or how many generations ago your ancestor left Ireland, so you may have to trawl your way through birth and death certs where you live in order to establish which Fagan you are from. As you will appreciate, Fagan is quite a common name here in Ireland.
Look forward to hearing from you with some details.

The document you posted herein is very muddy and low resolution, however it looks like it has a specific address, which should serve you well in focusing on the location, neighborhood, and parish, if you can see the details, and use the pages you have found to also determine if the greater record source has an index to identify more of the surnames you are searching.
I beleive we previously had a few references on some particular Fagan information under St.Catherines district pages area, if it has migrated over yet by the new website programers.
Hi
Thank you for your reply. The lowrys were from 7 denzille street and the Fagans were from 3 meckinburgh. I know the lowrys were from St Marys church in Dublin. The Fagans im not sure of which church they belonged to.
