This looks to be your family on the Rosdavies site:

Wm Coffey of Leitrim & Cranfield; husband of Eliza(beth) McNeily ; father of William b. 9 Dec & bpt. 29 Dec 1842 at Mourne Presbyterian Church; family emigrated to Canada

There are 3 Presbyterian churches in the Kilkeel area (Kilkeel, Mourne and Annalong). However none has any records before 1839 so tracing backwards may prove tricky. There were several Coffey families in Cranfield in 1901 (all Presbyterian):

Several Coffey households farming in Cranfield in 1830 (in the tithes):

Hello - can you share the birthdate of your Henry COFFEY, wondering if it would be consistent with possibility of being brother of my William COFFEY, born abt 1816 - don't have exact birthdate. My Coffeys were associated with Cranfield as well as Kilkeel. Family oral history was that Wm COFFEY(1816) was a cabinet maker. When he and his wife Eliza(beth) were enumerated in the Canada 1851 census, he was listed as 'carpenter' which would be reasonable where they were located at the time. The names of their sons were WILLIAM, JAMES, and GEORGE (Eliza's father's name).

Hi owensound

henry was born in 1800 as l know his death date. I think he was possibly/ probably either a brother/ cousin/uncle of william. I have looked extensively at william but love to know the details of his occupation. I am sitting just along from where all the coffeys lived and fished/ farmed but the site was bulldozed for the greencastle airfield in  1942 so there are just fields left now though farmed by some of my  coffey cousins.two of henrys daughters emigrated to melbourne Australia in tge 1850s and l found somewhere on my travels that some coffeys came to canada and then on to Australia. There may be a link there ?
